We have some footy today and I have finally just sent matches so they are on their way to you. Having an internet nightmare at home so I have not looked at any email I will go through all email tomorrow morning. If you are waiting for passwords etc they will be sent to you as quickly as I can tomorrow morning. Decent day across all the football bets yesterday.

Well today i had my first test of discipline…. I bet the Espanyol – Sporting game like Ian suggested…. When the 2.0 hit i traded out… But at that time Espanyol was down to 10 men, and it was tempting to stay in the game.
Do you always trade out Ian? lets say espanyol was down 2 men, would you still trade out?
